    • LSP Leadership Application: Build a 3D model representing the non-negotiable qualities of an empathetic, human-centered leader.


    Module 2: Motivation – Multi-Generational Superpowers & Core Drive Frameworks
    • Unpacking communication preferences, varying workplace assumptions, and the Core Drive framework to diagnose engagement and locate invisible organizational friction points.
    • Tactile Analysis & Mapping: Map generational models against Core Drive motivators (purpose, growth, recognition, belonging) and build explicit structures of current leadership styles.


    Day 2: Communication & Collaboration

    Module 3: Connection – Communication Essentials & Cognitive Empathy Mapping
    • Introduction to the 7 Principles of Communication, the Active Listening Formula, and moving from self-awareness to structured interpersonal perspective-taking.
    • Partner Empathy Exercise: Conduct deep-dive interviews regarding a real workplace challenge and translate qualitative input into a 4-quadrant Empathy Map (Said, Thought, Did, Felt).


    Module 4: Collaboration – Gamified Constraints & High-Performing Team Metrics
    • Aligning Google’s Project Aristotle high-performing traits (Dependability, Structure, Meaning, Impact) with the 4 Stages of Psychological Safety (Inclusion, Learner, Contributor, Challenger).
    • LSP Collaboration Build: Model a past successful career collaboration and modify it to showcase how missing Core Drive metrics can be reintroduced effectively.


    Module 5: The Shared Collaboration Charter & Macro Table Build
    • Breaking down functional silos, building reciprocal relationships, and merging distinct points of view into a collective operational roadmap.
    • The Macro Table Build: Build a single, unified team "Collaboration Charter" model to resolve overlapping operational gaps.

    With more than a decade of experience across technology, public service, education, and the social impact sector, Andy has designed and facilitated programmes for leaders, managers, and teams navigating transformation, innovation, collaboration, and organisational change. His experience spans leadership development, team effectiveness, design thinking, agile ways of working, service design, and employee experience.
